Axle production line

1) Programme overview

The production line is mainly composed of handling robot, automatic assembly and welding unit of axle housing, automatic repair welding unit of axle housing, automatic round cutting and notch unit, automatic shot blasting unit, automatic machine processing unit, automatic welding unit of plug seat, coding unit and off-line unit. It includes: arc welding robot and its attached equipment, digital welding power supply, external shaft positioner, coding equipment, handling robot and fixture, production line welding room, lighting, automatic welding fixture of arc welding robot, etc. it is a fully automatic (unmanned) production line.
The automatic production line of axle housing assembly adopts the functions of automatic axle housing assembly and forming, automatic handling, robot automatic welding, automatic cutting, automatic coding and offline. Each unit tooling can be switched automatically to realize the automatic, intelligent and flexible production of axle products. The production line reduces manual intervention, improves the automation level, and stabilizes the product quality. The robot welding automatic line can realize the automatic flexible switching of 28 vehicle models.
