1) Programme overview

It includes short cylinder assembly line, cylinder head sub assembly, piston connecting rod sub assembly, supercharger sub assembly, engine main assembly line, hot test and assembly line after hot test. It is equipped with core equipment such as high-precision and flexible bolt tightening machine, lock automatic press fitting machine, main oil duct leakage test, robot gluing, robot helium inspection high-pressure oil pipe test, and integrates high-intelligent MES manufacturing execution system.

2) Technical features

It can complete the assembly and test of multi series engines;

◆ flexible manipulator is used for cylinder block, cylinder head and crankshaft to automatically go online, effectively reducing labor intensity and the number of operators;

◆ the cylinder bore and crankshaft are automatically oiled and lubricated, and the fuel injection quantity and position are accurately controlled;

◆ camshaft valve flapping adopts the real camshaft of the engine to truly simulate the flapping sequence and stroke; Low noise, effectively improve the working environment of operators;

◆ the piston connecting rod is collinear with the cylinder block, so the operator does not need to turn around, effectively reducing the labor intensity;

◆ fully floating piston pin snap ring is automatically pressed to effectively improve assembly quality and efficiency;

◆ cross channel high-altitude transfer line, and the material transportation is completely unblocked;

◆ fully automatic press fitting and laser detection of air tight lock, effectively improving the assembly quality and efficiency of valve lock;

◆ the cylinder block, cylinder head and crankshaft are automatically cleaned before the assembly line to effectively ensure the cleanliness of the assembly;

◆ the crankshaft front and rear oil seals adopt automatic press fitting and automatic flatness detection to effectively ensure the assembly quality of oil seals;

◆ automatic code printing of cylinder block and code reading by visual system to effectively ensure the qualified rate of code printing;

◆ the hot test area adopts intelligent RGV system to automatically distribute materials, which ensures smooth logistics and reduces the customer's equipment investment cost.
