 1) Programme overview

The BIW Welding automatic production line is an automatic production line that uses glue coating, arc welding, spot welding and other process methods to assemble various parts together. It is mainly composed of automatic conveying equipment, welding fixture, welding robot and other auxiliary equipment. The workpiece is transmitted by automatic conveying equipment, quickly and accurately positioned by welding fixture, and the welding operation is completed by welding robot.
